Your account security depends on your own practices — using a strong unique password, enabling two-factor authentication on your +63 mobile number, and not sharing your jl586 credentials with any third party. jl586 will never ask for your password via any channel.
10.1. Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by jl586. These rights are enforceable and jl586 is required to respond to verified requests within 15 business days:
Request a copy of the personal data jl586 holds about you, information on how it is being used, and with whom it has been shared.
Request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated personal data in your jl586 account or KYC records.
Request deletion of personal data where it is no longer necessary, the legal basis has expired, or it was unlawfully processed — subject to overriding legal retention obligations.
Request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format for transfer to another data controller.
Object to processing based on legitimate interest, including profiling and direct marketing. jl586 will cease processing unless overriding legitimate grounds exist.
Lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines if you believe jl586 has violated your data subject rights. Contact NPC at privacy.gov.ph.
10.2. To exercise any data subject right, submit a written request to jl586's Data Protection Officer at the contact details in Section 14. jl586 may require you to verify your identity before processing the request. Requests are processed free of charge unless clearly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive.
10.3. Exercising your right to erasure may result in account closure where the data requested for deletion is necessary to maintain the account. jl586 will inform you of this consequence before processing an erasure request that would result in account termination.
11.1. jl586 is strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years and older under PAGCOR regulations. jl586 does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
11.2. If jl586 discovers that an account has been created by or used by a person under 21, the account will be immediately closed, the balance refunded to the originating payment method, and all personal data collected from the underage individual will be securely deleted, subject only to deletion log requirements.
11.3. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a person under 21 under your care has created a jl586 account without your knowledge, please contact jl586 support immediately. jl586 will investigate and resolve such reports as a priority.
12.1. jl586 primarily processes personal data within the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to or accessed from servers or service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, internationally-based game studios or cloud infrastructure providers — jl586 ensures that appropriate data transfer safeguards are in place.
12.2. Safeguards applied to cross-border transfers include: data processing agreements incorporating the NPC's Standard Contractual Clauses; verification that the receiving jurisdiction provides an adequate level of data protection; or other appropriate mechanisms recognized by the National Privacy Commission.
12.3. Personal data is never transferred to a jurisdiction with inadequate data protection standards without the applicable safeguards described above and, where required, your explicit consent.
13.1. jl586 reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in Philippine data protection law, NPC issuances, PAGCOR requirements, or jl586's data processing activities.
13.2. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email to the registered address and/or via a notification upon next login, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the new Policy takes effect.
13.3. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the table of contents reflects the most recent revision date. Your continued use of jl586 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not accept the amended Policy, you must cease using jl586 and request account closure.
